Revised Terms & Conditions for Enrollment at PHILLOS
- The information provided in the enrollment form must be accurate and truthful.
- Once the registration fee is paid, no refunds or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances.
- Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The website does not specify a deadline, and registrations will close once all seats are filled.
- Students must review the course outline before enrolling. Faculty assignments will not be changed at any point.
- Students are required to complete the entire course. If a student discontinues the course for any reason—including transfer, health issues, admission elsewhere, selection for MD/MS, lack of focus, or personal reasons—they will not be eligible for a fee refund. The fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other student or course.
- If a student is absent for more than six (6) consecutive days without prior written notice, they will be considered expelled from the institute. In such cases, no fee refund will be issued. The decision of the Centre-in-Charge will be final and binding.
- PHILLOS reserves the right to use a student’s photograph for promotional purposes.
- PHILLOS may modify its program structure or fees at any time without prior notice.
- Students enrolled under an installment plan must pay dues on the scheduled dates. Failure to do so will result in restricted entry to classes until the outstanding amount is cleared.
- Students defaulting on installment payments will be subject to a late fee of ₹50 per day beyond the due date. The institute also reserves the right to withdraw facilities in such cases.
- Any instance of misconduct by a student, parent, or guardian towards institute staff may result in immediate expulsion, with no refund claim entertained.
- A penalty of ₹1,000 will be imposed for any bounced cheque.
- All disputes shall be subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
By enrolling at PHILLOS, students agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
